DUE TO INCREASED DEMAND FOR CHRISTMAS, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 1 WEEK FOR POSTAGE TIME ALTHOUGH ALL EFFORTS WILL BE MADE TO POST ORDERS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

All Sewn & Wood products are handmade and as such, during periods of high demand, orders may take longer to create.
In most cases orders are sent within 5 business days but may be longer during these times. If you require your order by a certain date, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate this.
All items will be sent via standard shipping unless express post is purchased.
Delivery times may vary but are generally 2-5 business days for Metro areas and 3-7 business days for non-Metro areas.
Tracking of your item is available and your tracking number will be sent to you after your item has been posted.
International shipping can be arranged, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing item.
We will only offer a refund or exchange on items that are faulty, not for change of mind so please choose carefully.
If you believe an item is faulty please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your item and please include photos.
All items from Sewn and Wood are handmade and therefore small imperfections may be present but are not considered a fault. If you are unhappy with anything about your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All care is taken when packing your order therefore Sewn and Wood is not responsible if your item is lost or damaged during shipping.
